Lol,Ok click you name then go to 'Modify profile' then it will have all these options.
Go to where it says 'Avatar Url'
Find the picture on google images and click the image twice till you cant go any further.
copy the Link up the top and paste it in the option 'avatar url'
then go down and click 'modify proile'
