I'm going (obviously). I will be cosplaying to Supanova as Minato Arisato (MC) from Shin Megami Tensei Persona 3. My cosplay is almost finished, I just need a blue MP3 player strap (that goes around your neck), an Evoker (a gun with the words -S.E.E.S- printed on the side. I am making this next, if anyone has a silver gun that would be great), silver earphones (the ones he has in-game are actually based off real-life earphones, however they cost $130AUSD) and a wig. Either that or I'm dying my hair blue, which is not allowed at school. I am probably going to buy a wig that looks similar and then cut it, unless someone can find one for me. I willn be getting a SupaFan opass so I'll be going each day of Supanova. Also, on another note, I am also going to Mini-Animania in March. I am also planning on going to SMASH! and Animania later on in the year. I generally get a huge wad of cash for my birthday before going to Supanova. I hate hanging around other people that I know, unfortunately, but one day of the convention I will probably hang out with you guys (if you are going) for most of it. I want to go but I don't know who to cosplay as..  I was going to go as Haruhi Suzumiya from the SOS brigade but I watched some more of the show and she is very rude...its rated M15+ |

You should never cosplay as someone from a show you haven't watched AT LEAST 1/2 of, in my opinion.
Yukito says you should watch the entire seires before cosplaying as someone for it, so everyone has their different opinions.
But honestly you should never decide to cosplay as someone you don't know. If you don't fully understand or know the character, the worse.
Minato Arisato is a silent protagonist. In the game, you make every single decision possible to make as him (to an extent, he DOES have his own personality, you just have most power over it).

Is the truth not in the anime? Well his In the manga. The truth is 'God' and he is human shaped but is completely white.

No he is not.
I think the anime equivalent of The Truth is Hoenheim.
Is he also known as The Father (by the hommonculi)? If he is, then I know who he is, he is the manga-only version of Hoenheim (who is different in the anime to the manga), I know a bit about the manga version. They're re-making the anime this year into the manga version as well, so that will be interesting ^-^).
