Yep. The logo is up there, as you can see, it took 5+ crappy logos before I decided on that final one (many involved the school emblem child as the 'Y', but it ruined the image I was trying to produce), I eventually came up with a better font and decided on a short motto, 'We're different'. I'm excited about this. I think with the amount of work I've done (I'll also give ELko or whoever I talk to a brief summary of Wyota on paper), they will not think of Wyota as a stupid group and dismiss it.

Now, from an SRC point of view, it doesn't look likely. Or, more correctly, it probably won't happen like you have planned. If you still want me to show people in one of our meetings, then write something up, or whatever, give it to me, and I'll show the team, that much is easy. Now, sure, it all sounds so easy. 'Get some signatures from random kids, show that your serious by having your own "logo?" and write it up all professional like.' But, the reality is, The best we can probably get, will be: * Maybe organizing a weekly lunch meeting in a room. That's not to hard. But you'll need to advertise it. * MAYBE get to watch, G - PG rated anime, depending on what the grade range is. (And of course, it'd need to be supplied by you people) *Maybe getting a teacher, who is interested to help with learning the language, or helping with all together. It's not going to be something where a bunch of kids get a room and a DVD player for a lunch time every week, it'll need to be organized, researched and so on. And, if there were no teacher to do it, there'd need to be a person/persons in years 11 or 12 to look over. It's all a bit over done, but they're adults, they feel a need. Now, next comes another issue. "Out've school outings, or in the holidays." Now, I may've interpreted this wrong, but...... If your expecting the school to organize this, I wouldn't get your hopes up. But, if your going to be organizing it, then sure! But, I don't think the school is going to take the time to do this, though, you probably already know that? Now, of course, it probably looks like I am just trying to put the idea down at every tern or chance I get? Well, that's not true. I think it's a great idea, and if it actually gets up and running, then it should be great. Not really my thing though : D. I hope it does work out, and I'll do my part to try and guarantee it, but, it's not a certain thing. REMEMBER THAT. NOTE: If I've gotten something wrong, or I've interpreted it wrong, etc. Let me know. We may be able to work this out. I think the logo would impress and have a influence on something. There is a Teacher who watches Anime and has a intrest in it so I think we have a pretty good chance with him. And no we don't need the school for outside of school activity's.

Mkay, Yeah, the logo may do something. It all depends on how seriously they take you, and who it is really.
Can you name that teacher?
I didn't say you did. I said, if you are expecting the school to organize it, don't get your hopes up.
And lastly, why'd you quote me? My post was directly above yours.

Firstly, I will answer Taago's last post, then his previous post: 1. Mrs Elkington will be my first stop. From there it may continue. 2. Mr. Duncan (T_T). 3. Yes you did. We aren't. 4. Now, for your first post: I think we may even get two days a week, but that depends. Yes, the anime would have to be G-PG Rated unless authorised by another teacher. Most anime is PG. Very violent anime are rated M. Ecchi is rated MA15+. Major ecchi+Hentai is R. We should be fine with PG. Soul Eater is PG (I think. The worst it has is like, swearing). Actually, I was going to organise some members to teach the rest of the Club with the languages. Koyjama and I (and I think perhaps Malochan), can speak okay Japanese (koyjama is alot better then I, though). We could also print lessons and the like off the internet. As for outings, I did say OUT-OF-SCOOL. The school doesn't even have to know about them, not even close to organising them. Of course, permission notes will have to be made, but they shall be handled by me (or, if needed, a club seceretary), and will not even have to go to the school. As for the petition, that was mainly to prove a point to Macca (>P), but yes, the petition probably won't mean anything. Also, Kira is right in the pronunciation of Wyota, it is pronounced, 'Why-otah'.

UPDATE:[/u] Wyota was discussed and accepted by teachers today! WE OFFICIALLY EXIST! XD YEAH. We apparantly don't need a teacher down there, either. I have edited the first post with new information. You can now begin suggesting anything. Info day and other information can be read about on the first post. Yay!
