There are alot of people that deserve that status more then you do at the moment. Who then? 1. He IS suggesting himself but thaqt isn't going to happen. Also I'll have to delete that post for breaking the rules. |

Actually I'm going to have to disagree with this, I am actually happy being a normal member as this site doesn't really need Moderators much, But if I was offered to be a moderator I would. Also Hype, Arnie(If he went on a bit more..) and Cookie~Freak is on very often and she could do the job pretty well.(I think.) |

Arnie never ever goes on anymore. He would not be Moderator. Cookie could do it, yes, but I do believe that for now at least, we have enough staff members on the job. As for Hyper, you actually broke Rule Number 2 as listed in the forum's official rules. |

If Arnie went on more he would be kick-arse at Moderator. But he doesn't want that status. As for Cookie Freak.. I dunno, I mean, in comparison to many others, your posts are WAY up to scratch, but you need to be very reponsible. Also, I know you won't think its fair, I don't think it is fair at all. But the fact that we (the Staff I mean) have never actually met you, when this site is by far predominately people from our school, it would be a hinderance. Which is sad.
As for the topic at hand. I think this is more of a problem than we realize, because there are so many people who want GM or Moderator status on this site, there is always one or two people who were Originals who are left out of the Staff. Which is why we are seeing an increase in threads like this (e.g Kira, Pulse and now Hype). There is always going to be this kind of struggle for POWER, ULTIMATE POWER!! So I think if its not Hype its gonna be someone else that is making this thread, if you understand what I mean.

Personally, I think a Mod's and Gm's should:
1. Be on constantly, or at least on regularly enough to fix spam, and or rule breaking posts.
2. Be literate.
3. Be trusted. (Especially GM)
4. Not be a complete prick.
They're is only a handful o' member's that fit those standards.
