I never go to Penrith apart from the busstop there and when I'm catching the train somewhere. I hate it.
Even outside of the centre/plaza of Penrith, it is crowded. Honestly.
Richmond is peaceful, and yes there are idiots and it's not deserted, but it's way better then Penrith =/
I agree Cookie, the staff at the Penrith Ice Skating Rink are absolutetly terrible.
I went there every week for school this term, and the staff are like "JUST COME INTO THE CANTEEN,BUY SOMETHING, GET THE G!N@3R OUT (by the end we weren't allowed to sit down and had to eat outside even though the sign said not to D: )"

Hmmmm something tells me i know y biomaniac st this thread up...
Firstly *Votes for Springwood*
Next, Springwood is better because
1. It has a Community Centre- set up to make a difference
2. Library- better resources
3. Hall- equiped for musicals, dramas, dance etc.
4. Natural sites such as Sassafras and fairy Dell
5. Huge variety of Shops
6. Sporting facilities - tennis courts, ovals, basketball courts
7. Things that coin its glorious name ie. SPRINGWOOD HIGH SCHOOL!!....even though its located in Faulconbridge
8. 2 War Memorials
9. FOUNDATION DAY!!! ...
10. Awesome story to go with the name
11. I live there
12. On a map its bigger than Faulconbridge (if faulconbridge is even shown)
So take that Biomaniac.....Springwood is infinetly better than faulconbridge

Anyway, Farr you can not say Penrith sucks just because the iceskating place sucks, And what the hell do you expect the major shopping center for the Blue mountains, Richmond and Penrith is suppose to be like? Kira, stop it. Smallfry is suggesting a good point, and so the only way for you to defend yourself is to correct the apostrophe's in his spelling? Come on, you can do better than that.
