((Yep, that's right, I did it.))
This Roleplay will only really make sense to those who've played the 'Warhammer 40,000' Games. Otherwise, the story will be hard to follow.
Back Story:
The Planet of Kronus is littered with resources. More so then most other planets. All the different Factions of the Universe want domination of this Planet, for mining rights. But the only way they can get it, is by defeating all other Factions inhabiting the planet.
Those Factions are:
Imperial Guard: Human Army of the god Emperor.
Space Marines: Super Human Army of the god Emperor.
Necrons: Undead Robotic Army, who've only just awakened from their deep sleep under the depths of Kronus.
Eldar: The Ancient enemy of the Necrons, ready to fight them.
Tau: High Tech race of warriors, ready with their battle suits.
Orks: The green horde of Axe wielding, blaster shooting mad-arses.
Chaos Space Marines: The Space Marines that've been twisted and mutated through too much of the Space Marines genetic engenering. Serve the god Emperor, but in ways of Evil.
Each Faction holds Area on Kronus. Alliances can be made, Wars can be fought, and Factions can be eliminated.

It had been 16 long days since the Imperial Decree that the Blood Ravens Chapter, being the fiercest in battle, most move into the assault on the planet Kronus. The Tau Empire had become a growing hinderance to the Emperor, untill eventually Kronus' space ports had become developed enough to begin to shoot down close-by Starships of the Imperium. All attempts to contact with the alien race have failed so far. As the decree states: To the Warriors of the Blood Ravens,
The Tau Empire have engaged aggressive contacts with Imperial Starships. By the order of the Emperor, the Blood Raven's are to go to Kronus and meet the Tau Empire's leaders, if negotiations fail, proceed to meet their leaders on the battlefeild.
LONG LIVE THE EMPEROR The Blood Ravens and thier war machines had been deported on the far side of the small planet to avoid the Tau Empire's main capital's untill contact has been made. So the Blood Raven's had a ways to go. Brother-Captain Thejin Marius, the Leader of the Blood Ravens, had been commanding his troops for nought but only 3 years, and in that time, the Blood Ravens had accepted him as their leader and as thier brother, for his timless heroism and fearless leadership had lead him through many battles, many with the beast-human race, the Orks, horrible flesh-eating spawn of heresy, the Orks are the Space Marines greatest enemies. And they long for another battle with them, to purge the unclean once again. But contact with the heretic would be made sooner than Thejin realized, for the Tau and the Blood Ravens were not alone on that planet. Oh no, not by a long shot. |

Fire warriors of the Tau empire stood, ready for the fight. Mx8 Broadside teams charged their cannons as the enemy marched through an opening in the dense forest of Karee'sh. "Prepare my Kin, Aim true." As the momentarily unaware Squad of Cultists ran in the open, Shas'O T'au Kais prepared his weapon. "Cultists? What're the Chaos doing here." Said one of the Fire warriors, Lowing his weapon. "QUIET Soldier" Remarked Shas'O T'au Kais, at which moment the Cultists noticed the ambush.
The three Cultists scattered in terror as Shas'O T'au Kais Commanded his units to fire. A barrage of lasers filled the sky, as the Cultists called for reinforcements. The Fire Caste and the Broadside teams, laid waste to the Chaos scouts, who in a matter of seconds lay dead on the ground.
"Troop, clear the bodies, We need to prepare of a retaliation attack!"

Thejin holted his troops, peering at the dense forest in front of him.
"We won't be able to go through there with the War Machines", Thejin said to his Chaplin, named Marcus Nerin. Marcus was in a bloodline of the founders of the Blood Ravens' chapter, and he maintained that ancestory with perfection in all areas of Space Marine life. On many occasions, Thejin thought to pass his responsibilities as Captain, but Marcus had always been loyal, and had always reassured Thejin "Captain, your wisdom outdates your years of experiance". As Chaplin Marcus' job was to reassure the physical, mental and more importantly spirtual aspects of each and every Space Marine. For Marcus had always said: "He who puts his faith and loyalty in the Emperor are driven to do extrodinary things". Marcus stuck by this creed, and took to battle very seriously. Thejin had always admired his second-in-command, and went to him for all areas of solace. ((Basicly, this guy is Batman's Alfred.. If Alfred carried a fucking massive mace.)) Now the Chaplin frowned, with deep furrows embedding in his forehead.
"Captain I suggest we send out Scouts, we must find a way around this forest. The drop pods mentioned that they did see some dangerous terrain, but none we couldn't find our way around, even with the War Machines". Thejin nodded,
"Very well Marcus, ready Tellion, his abilities will be needed".

Shas'O T'au Kais waited with his troop, prepared for a Chaos Attack. His nimble Fire warriors hiding in trees, Wearing spacial camouflage battle suits. He'd sent his Broad side teams back to the rally point, Due to their size, they would make easy targets for rolling Chaos squads. Not too long before hand, he'd sent out infiltrator units, scouting for information on the Chaos positions. He was keenly awaiting their return.
"Shas'O T'au Kais, Lord." Came a voice from behind. The infiltrators lowered the cloaks, and approached. "What is it men? Are we to expect an attack?" "Sir, we must escape this area now. Fourteen Chaos squads, are heading towards our position." "Fourteen? Are you sure Child?" "I'm sure, Commander."
"Units, Prepare to vacate positions, We're Returning to the Rally point!"

Scout Sergeant Tellion had 5 straight years of experiance in the Blood Ravens, he was a crack shot and a great leader, but there was one thing that made Tellion one of the most important Sergeants in the Blood Ravens, he was indeed the Emperor's will made manifest. Or so Tellion said. Tellion was known for his war stories, he once claimed that opun being ambushed by Orks, the powers of the Emperor made him turn invisible to all Ork eyes. Nobody could vouch for the old mans crazy stories, but the man could snipe out a tiny gretchin from the top of a mountain to another side of a valley. Tellion now commanded his men through the lush forest, searching for an angle that could compensate for the bulk of the Space Marines' massive tanks. Meanwhile, Space Marine Servitors continued to send radio signals to the Tau Empire. Thejin visited them now.
"..Comming in, this is Space Marines 1 repeat, this is Space Marines 1 contact to Tau Empire, repeat, does anyone read me? Repeat, calling Tau Empire..." The Servitor stared at the speaker, and dropped his face when only static came back. Thejin looked at him.
"Be still my brother. We will contact the aliens, one way or another".

Shas'O T'au Kais and his men, who'd only narrowly escaped a Chaos legeion came up the Tau Rally point on Kronus, the only point were they had direct resources. The Broadside teams were waiting there, so too were builder droids, who were also tending to the Radio systems.
"Commander, We've received transmissions from the "Space Marines", How do you wish to reply?"
"Did you keep records?"
"Yes sir."
"Play them back."
"This is Space Marines 1, calling Tau empire, Please respond."
"It might be a trap" said the builder droid.
"You're probably right. Respond with the infiltrator Radio, we don't want them knowing our location."
"Yes commander. Calling Space Marines 1. Requesting explanations."

The Servitor jumped to life when he heard the trasmission, he seized the microphone,
"Come in Tau forces, I read you. Negotations in contact. Do you read me Tau forces? Negotations in contact." The Servitor next to him raced to Thejin with break-neck speed,
"Captain" the Servitor said, out of breathe. "Contact has been made with the Tau, radio signals are reciving them now". Thejin nodded,
"come, negotiations will end quickly I fear" Thejin said.

"Hand me the Radio. This is Shas'O T'au Kais, commander of the Tau forces on Kronus. I wish to communicate to someone with Power."
"What do you think Commander?"
"They must be in danger... Pitiful Earthlings."

Thejin squared his shoulders and looked at Marcus. Marcus nodded at him, eyes wide. Thejin took the microphone.
"This is Brother-Captain Thejin Marius of the Blood Ravens. I have come from Earth to make negotiations with Tau Officials. But you are in danger, opun entering this planets atmosphere, we saw other life form heading towards Kronus' capital. Armies of them. We need to arrange a meeting point, I have been given the order if negotiations are to fail, to proceed on an assault of Kronus. Repeat, we must arrage a meeting point. Over."

"We've encountered Chaos on our Land, we're unable to negotiate here. If you can suggest a point of negotiations, then we can talk. But, I have conditions. No weapons but what you carry. It'll be just you and me "Brother-Captain Thejin Marius of the Blood Ravens".
"We await your reply."

Thejin swallowed hard. He suspected a trap. But his orders were clear, if his life was sacrificed to uncover a new alien menace, it would be a most honerable death.
"Very well, sending you our position co-odinace now. We'll be expecting you Shas'O T'au Kais. Space Marines over-and-out". Thejin sighed out when the transmission went dead. Thejin went to walk to his quaters but Marcus stopped him.
"Captain, I will come with you."
"Marcus that is unnessecery." Even though Thejin knew it was not.
"I will come for your protaection Captain, if they are to spring a trap on us, then we can fight our way out of it!" Marcus put a strong hand on Thejin's shoulder. He nodded,
"Ok Marcus, you can come".

"Coordinates received Commander. They're on the edge of the Nashi'ace Forest."
"Thank you my Kin. I will travel at dawn."
"Don't you think it's dangerous." Commented a voice from behind.
"You're probably right, Captain" Replied Shas'O T'au Kais. "What do you suggest."
"My Stealth suit squad and I, will be there to protect you commander."
"It's a breach of my own conditions."
"The men would be lost without you Commander. Please, let my troop come?" The Stealth team Captain lifted his weapon, as if he'd already decided for Shas'O T'au Kais.
"Okay, but only fire, when I say so."
"Yes commander." The Captain and the six men behind him, disappeared, as Shas'O T'au Kais rested.

As a ruby-red sun rose over Kronus, the Space Marines saluted as Thejin Marius and Marcus Nerin walked thorough the Space Marine camp, into the forest. Marcus' eyes continued to dart from place to place, he was clearly worried, which unearved Thejin. Finally they arrived at the meeting site, Thejin noticed that they were in full range of the mountains on each side of them. Thejin gulped. Emperor, hold me true to the deals of your power Thejin silently prayed.
