Safroth was about to speak (( )) but Siberius had entered. Safroth scoffed, but then quickly put on a smile to greet Siberius, after all, he was the guest of honour.

Siberius gave a light smile and stood next to Safroth, "Hi, uh,((AM I OVERDRESSED? "))" Siberius tried to talk, but he didn't really know what to say, and when he did, the words just escaped him, "So, uh, how long have you and Eleanore known eachother?" He asked weakly, trying to start up a good conversation.

Safroth smiled, "Settle down first, no need to be so tense" He sat down, motioning for the others to do so to. "Well, Eleanore and I met as part of the Empire's Orphan-Training scheme... We weren't orphans when they took us... But we were so young... That neither of us can truly remember our parents anymore"
Eleanore hurried down the street in a formal dress, the first time she had worn one since the Vizier's welcoming party back at the beginning of the (year?). Funny, she thought as ran along, late as usual, Siberius always gets me in the fancy stuff She came to the doors of the restraunt and entered slowly, then sat down at the table trying not to disturb the story that she was missing.

Siberius nodded as Safroth told him this, "I never really had a Mother or Father either, actually..." Siberius frowned, In fact I don't think I even HAD a mother, He thought, "So how did you get from orphans to commanders of fleets?" Siberius asked curiously.

Eleanore coughed when she realised what they were talking about. She hated this subject, yet she tried to keep a smile on her face.
Safroth smiled in a funny kind of way, he had told this story many times before, "The Empire's Orphaning Scheme was a way of finding foot soldiers for Sei's growing army. He was growing wary of the other countries under his control, and for good reason. Communications had been, and still remain severed in some locations, and Sei knew it was not a coincidence. A rebellion of sorts was rising, he was right about that. Through training, Eleanore and I were found to possess different qualities that no other orphans did" Eleanore opened her mouth this time, caught in the flow of conversation, "Safroth possessed outstanding leadership qualities, and he also did well in many other areas, such as strategy. He was always one good at speaking or debating" "Eleanore possessed the quality to forget emotion during battle. If someone she knew died in battle, she would fight on, non-thinking. She was a very strong child, once or twice she faced punishment for fighting the officers that trained them, and she never did really forgive them..." Safroth continued, "But... I forced all other emotion away to the back of my mind. And after the battles had been fought.... After blood had been shed, and I still lived to have to fight another day... I began to cry then. I could reclaim all the emotion thrown behind in the battles, and at last, I could weep..."
Safroth fell silent. He didn't realise she took it so painfully.

((oh great ruin the night for everyone nice lol.))
Bowen wasn't really taken by this comment, but it didn't look like anybody else took his point of veiw. He quickly changed the subject, "Well there you go Recko", Bowen said, loud enough for everybody to hear, "the Empire had heard of a rebellion much sooner than we had thought", Bowen smiled and looked around, Safroth seemed on-edge, so he decided on something else, "well... This is a nice place", Bowen said, looking around, "yes", Recko agreed, "we havn't been to a place like this since we visited the Shempley (shemp-lay) Feilds, remember Bowen?", "oh yes, they had quite exquisite meals", Bowen was pleased that the conversations were rolling again, and Recko and Bowen exchanged great stories from their past experiences in the army with everyone. Recko and Bowen told stories of heroism and close-calls and Safroth and Eleanore told stories just as exciting.
(I'm not sure how many posts we are going to be able to streatch this out for... Whatever.))

Eleanore pushed the thoughts back into her mind once again, and was quite happily enjoying Recko and Bowen's conversations. It was interesting hearing about the Rebellion for once... She had talked about the Empire for too long. Somewhere during the flow of conversation, she found herself talking... "So, Recko... I guess you guys aren't 'The Rebellion anyway, huh?" she laughed, "Are you guys going to split after the coronation or what...?"

Severon and Bowen both looked uneasy but Recko didn't falter his strong gaze, "the fate of The Rebellion will be decided before long, and my decision of whether to disband my army or not will be official quite soon... But please, Bowen and I have talked much too much, let us hear a story from the guest of honur", Recko said and turned to Siberius....

((Thanks for adding me into the conversation, after that last post form Farrelei I was going "Hmm, Now what will Siberius do..."))
Siberius raised his eyes as Recko mentioned his name, he wasn't really focusing on what people were saying, but he enjoyed stories from other people, but from himself? he really hadn't told any. "Me?" Siberius asked, "Well, there's not much to tell about me.... Well, there's only really been two times in my whole life in which I've been happy... That was when I was with Montecore... And Savannah.
Montecore was with me ever since I was little. He's been like... A part of me. He always shared my thoughts, always followed me. He was the best friend I ever had. And until I was attacked by the Imperial soldiers that blew up my home... I was in peace.
When I took to the Imperial city, Central, I thought that my life would end. But then I met Savannah, and I knew I was meant to come here. Savannah... When I first met her she was introducing me to my new home, and after that, we kept meeting, until I knew it was love. She and Montecore was what I worked for, what I fought for..." "What happened to them...?" asked Eleanore softly "They were under the Pheonix when it fell..." "Oh..." Eleanore trailed off, wishing she hadn't asked. "So many were killed at that moment..." Safroth murmured sadly (Farrelei's permission <---) "Even the Emperor..." Eleanore continued.
Everyone's lips stopped moving as they sat quietly at the table, uneating.

((Fine be that way))
Safroth looked up from his plate and smiled a little, raising his glass, "We didn't come here to dwell on the things that shouldn't be dwelt on. From tomorrow, Siberius, you cannot show sadness, so let's get into the mood, right!? This is your last day as a normal man, let's make it memorable!!!!!!!" They all changed mood once again, and held a toast for Siberius. The dinner went long into the night, people from the public stared and remarked at the odd gathering, but the night seemed to last forever, and all of those people at that table got so much closer that night, and ELeanore, Siberius, Recko and Bowen.... Those four would share a bond that would last forever and ever.
But nights don't last forever...
The first rays of morning came through the window, and already there were queues of people waiting outside the Palace. The coronation was to be held in the same place Siberius once stood when he was being made Vizier. The entire room had been redecorated and made wonderful for the day, as well as the entire front section of the Palace, so that no remnants of the Demon War existed to the eye. Saforth was inside organising everything, his head was filled to the brim with problems and other riff-raff. People were running around all over the place, and Siberius would be arriving behind-the-scenes very soon. He ran around in circles and started yelling... "Calm down" came a voice. It was Recko. "How'd you get into the Palace!?" burst Safroth, still annoyed at everything going wrong, "You can't forget the Best man, can you?" Recko replied, "This isn't a wedding" Safroth replied with a hint of sarcasm, "I know that" said Recko. Safroth laughed. He was able to gather his thoughts again. The Palace stood tall and majestical in the morning light, and the day had begun.
Eleanore fumbled with her uniform. She had to added accessories to her uniform endlessly, but as far as she was concerned, anything was better then a dress. Her uniform looked a lot more fancier then it usually did now that she was wearing it with everything added. [/i]You don't walk around with everything on you when you're going around fighting huge, fiery demons[/i], she thought. Eleanore had a special part in the coronation. She was one of the Representatives of the Imperial City Central. She'd be standing in front of all those people, and she was well-known already, but not by people from all corners of the world. She sighed and opened the door to her room. It was getting brighter already, and she didn't have to be there just yet, but she couldn't leave Safroth on his own...
Bowen was already up, he scoured the cupboard for clothes, but none would really fit the scene. He frowned and eventually settled for something just a BIT formal. Recko was already there, and he knew that, but it was odd. It wasn't like Recko to leave for somethin g like this, especially when it was the Empire they were talking about. But still, Bowen knew they'd all been through a lot lately. Maybe his brother was changing... But Bowen had never thought that possible before. he left the airship casually, and walked out onto the streets... And saw the size of the queue. One just had to curse.
Siberius was the last to wake up. The sun now shone over all in the city, though it was no-one near lunchtime just yet. He rubbed his eyes, and remembered he had something on today... He opened up the window to get some fresh air... And hundreds of people turned in his direction as he did. "SIBERIUUUUUUSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!" they all yelled, roaring towards his front door... "The coronation" he said plainly, "how could I forget..."
