The night sky, the darkness
The Moon shines out at me, letting me know I'm not the only one.
The gentle water pushing ahead, desperatley trying to reach the land.
I stare through the darkness, up into nowhere.
The gentle breeze washes all my worries away.
And all that is left is pure emotion
But the truth remains hidden there, past the darkness.
And I will always continue to search for it.
I will stare up there, always, but I'll never make it through.
And I will wonder...
Will the water ever reach the land?
Will the Moon ever be able to smile?
Will I be able to touch the sky through the darkness of the abyss?
I will never make it through...
I am forever consumed in my limiting reality
But I'll always live my life in an endless fantasy.
