And where does it say that the demons were God's doing?
I thought that the 'demons' were fallen angels banished from Heaven.
At first they were still able to enter Heaven, God and Satan have a convo in there as I can remember, but after that God banished them during the flood, as one of the reasons for the flood was that the 'giants' (sons of fallen angels+humans) were causing too much violence on the Earth. The angels were enticed by the women of the Earth (I believe they had no women in Heaven
) and came down to Earth in human bodies that they made for themselves.
When they tried to escape during the flood back to Heaven, God banished them and they were doomed to walk the Earth.
That's what I heard anyway.
