Well, see, the thing is, your posts need to improve as well, I mean that one took me like a minute to work out XD
And no, chickens will never talk, their brains and aural skills, as well as the anatomy of their beak/mouth restricts them from humanly talk.
But chickens are some of the smartest animals. They actually have a 'culture', which you can find by looking up, and, contrary to belief, chickens, like most animals, get taught lessons from their parents.
They CAN talk to each other using their own language of weird noises, but, just like them, we are incapable of understanding the languages of other creatures (as of now anyway).
