I'm half German too, but I don't find it offensive. I KNOW Hitler was an asshole, he SUCKED, I don't care WHAT Nationality he was, even if he was Australian and loved anime and Final Fantasy and everything, I'd still hate his oddly-shaped moustached-ass.
