I disagree entirely. At some point in the killing of a person, words were most likely used at one point.

You dont need words to kill people. OBJECTION! Whilst that may be the case, you testified to the following: "The ducks declared independance." Killing a person, in no way, 'declares independance'. Even if that were the gist of the act as you percieved it, without words or other communications devices, your perception is opinionated, and you have nor can not provide evidence to support that opinion. Therefore, I move that that the ducks did not in fact declare independance. The witness is a moron. |

Just because ducks dont talk does not mean they dont think, and actions may bespeak words without words being used, THEREFORE... the Ducks could simply kill those who oppose their independance, which would send a clear message, without the use for words, also, by BAthing with the ducks, who have already killed many of innocents, I may be put on death row and killed by ducks. not good for health. |

You have absolutely no proof as to why the ducks murdered the victims. In fact, this is the first time you mentioned that their "actions bespeak" wanting their Independance. Please explain their actions in detail, if you will, ande remember that murder is not acceptable proof. |

What proof is there that the ducks are not taking on humanity? what eveidence is there that the recent strings of murders are not part of a greater scheme of all aquatic-bird-kind?
I say that future Generations will scorn us for our inaction at this threat, and that proof of its non-existance is required.
