Skythe kept her head down as she slunk out of her room at the inn. She had heard footsteps and, after sneaking a glance out of her door, had discovered several of the other Provocateurs moving out. If Skythe had doubted whether or not she should join them those doubts would have been put to rest by the sight of Herald Green knocking on doors to alert Provocateurs. Skythe sighed softly and rushed to join the others.

"Hurry! And keep quiet!" Herald hissed at the large group of concealed assassins, who snuck from corner to corner, from house to house, the darkness only being illuminated from the enormous moon that sat gloomily above them.
Jezebel rushed along close to Herald, not quite sure what she was doing, but following his orders regardless.
"Yes, it is a little strange, but not as strange as growing up on a farm and then living in a Forest for 18 Years," Siberius laughed, "I guess things have been weird for everybody, I haven't met a person with a simple childhood just yet!"
Siberius looked at Savannah, smiled, then glanced away again.

Safroth shrugged and they chatted far into the night, getting to know each other well for the first time. Savannah said goodbye to Safroth and Siberius before quickly leaving once the meal was over. Waiting outside was her supervisor. She nodded in his direction and he began to lead her off back to her room... The line of carriages and foot soldiers made their way into the town for the night to rest. They planned to be at Gardaine in less than 2 days' time. High Commissioner Deitro yawned in his carriage as it pulled to a halt. He didn't expect to die in such a quiet town, on such a quiet night. ((Note: Originally I said 'Ambassador Deitro', but upon research, if two nations are under an Empire (like the Commonwealth) and share the same head of state, they send a High Commisioner, who has the same powers as an Ambassador-at-Large. This being said, since this guy is the direct representative of the King in whatever nation he comes from, the correct term is 'the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary' but I'm not typing that out more than once ))

Herald hissed, sounding suspiciously too similar to that of a snakes, signaling Jezebel and the others. He nodded and the Provocateurs swiftly spread themselves out to surround the approaching carriages. Jezebel stayed with Herald, however.

((Im so sorry I didnt know yall were waiting for me to post!! Now i feel so rude...)) Skythe's dark eyes narrowed as they locked onto her chosen target, one of the first carriages. She aproached it swifty, quickly diving though the glass window and killing the woman in one quick motion. Skythe couldn't help but smirk, killing always brought a bizzarre pleasure for her. She tilted back the womans head so the blood couldn't seep into her clothing. The clothing that Skythe would soon be wearing. The driver didn't seem to notice the murder that had happened right in his carriage. Which was good. Skythe guessed that similar scenes would be happening in the cariages around her, the thought was quite a morbid one. The rich flooring of the carriage was now littered with small shards of glass. Hopefully it would be unnoticeable in the dark. Skythe looked back to the dead woman cradled in her arms. In order to disguise herself as the politician Skythe had decided to use her clothes. She had never undressed a dead woman before, or a live woman. It was an experience she did not really want to gain. Swallowing her small amount of pride Skythe begun to quickly unbutton the womans jacket.

More and more Provocateurs silently surrounded the carriages, some on the roofs, some in the grass around it, and some swiftly killing the unsuspecting victims. Jezebel wasn't quite sure what to do, for she had no idea what was happening to the people inside those carriages, so she crouched and watched in a curious manner.
"My lord," Siberius turned to see a man who was bowing beside him. "People are beginning to return to their rooms, I suggest that you do too, if you will." Siberius smiled, "Of course," He replied. The man nodded.
"Night has fallen! We're getting to our destination! Keep moving!" Wartore screamed to the tens of thousands of marching Thurguals. Wartore was one of the biggest and strongest of the Thurguals, his left eye was pure white and scars were stretched across it. He carried a huge mace that was covered in barbed wire with large sharp spikes attached, his armor was heavy, and overall he looked like a fearless leader.
"Commander..." Burtuak said from behind him. Wartore turned around and looked at his second-in-command in the eyes. Burtuak looked to the ground. "We'll be arriving in a very short time, you can see the walls of the Country..."
"Yes! It is time we took charge! Faster, my legions! Lay siege to their lives!" All the ogre-like warriors began sprinting to Gardaine, yelling at the top of their voices and getting them fired up for the war that was about to come...

More and more of the assailants stealthily moved their way through the carriages, silently slaughtering all that dwelled inside the carriages, if the guards had been listening, perhaps they would of heard the faint cries of the children, the screams of their mothers, or the cries of their fathers, perhaps they would of heard the Provocateurs crawling above the carriages, preparing to strike, and perhaps they would of heard them as they swooped behind them and slit their necks.
"How long until we arrive?" One royalty asked, poking his head out of the carriage window to check with the driver. As he did, he noticed the flicker of movement in the corner of his eye, but it was enough to let out a scream.
Immediately, the other half of the travellers also opened the windows to see what was wrong. So did the other guards. Herald frowned and cursed, he had an inkling this was going to happen.
"Provocateurs! Attack!" At once, the assassins left their positions and rushed to the now-prepared guards.
"Protect the carriages! Draw your swords! Load your weapons!" The guard captain commanded, drawing his gun as he said so.
Jezebel ran alongside two others, a woman and a man. Some had swords, others had hands filled with the same mystical power that Jezebel had came in contact with a few months ago.
As soon as the aura in their hands flew forth towards the awaiting guards, the dusky surroundings were illuminated with various colours, beautiful colours, but, used for horrid purposes.
Jezebel stared in wonder, but was quickly awoken when the sounds of gunfire pierced her ears. The man running beside her collapsed with a sudden yell. Jezebel stopped and stood still in utter confusion. I...what is this...sound...it's...hurting... Jezebel fell to the ground, tears running down her face, her lips trembling, she wasn't ready for this.
... "Jezebel..." ... "Jezebel, wake up!" ...
Jezebel opened her eyes, the sun was beginning to rise, her eyes stung and she felt incredibly weak. Herald stood beside her, smiling slightly, blood was running down his cheek and his left leg was bandaged at the thigh. It was bloodstained in various places.
Jezebel stood up and staggered a little. "Everything was successful, we lost a few, but, we were able to recover enough clothes, and we eliminated all of them, we can return to Sera-...Gardaine, now," Herald told her brightly. Jezebel looked around her, blood had covered the grass and her clothes were also covered in the dark red liquid.
Jezebel shuddered and winced, how did she get so much blood on her? "By the way, excellent job last night, you probably took out more than anyone else did," Herald added before walking off with the other Provocateurs.
Jezebel frowned and questioned what Herald had said. How is that possible? I...I collapsed, and slept...I don't...understand...
Shelrair placed 16 bullets into her large handgun, which was surprisingly light. "This is it...Enough hiding."
Trale adjusted the armbands that supported the long, frilled, sleeved overcoat. He took a deep breath, reassuring himself that this is the right thing to do.
Vivian placed the slender knife in it's holster, smirking as he gazed at his odd uniform of a Governor. "Emperor Vivian Donovan Yori Waurd, sounds brilliant, don't you agree?"
Emilia continued to sit there, not budging ever since she sat there. The same, small smirk hadn't moved either.
Asmoday put on his suit that he had been saving to use, originally his fathers. It fit. To a degree. He buttoned the cuffs and sighed, his mind plagued with doubt.
John was sitting with Mini in a small room close to Emilia's. "So, Mini, we've been told to guard the room next to ours, though, we can't go in unless it's critical, of course, there really is no need to, the person inside hasn't moved from that small armchair in the corner..."

The mjaority of them left the campfires in the dead of the night, as the cruel roar of the stolen wartorn vehicles hummed life into the nothingness that was the expanse of the Sein. Burtuak would lead the first wave. He was determined to see the blood fly, the buildings crack and the smoke billow with his own eyes, and he was a powerful figure among his men. His tank sat protected by ex-Imperial war vehicles, powering ahead. The breathing of his comrades were heavy and nervous. The first buildings came into sight.
Some hours later, a knock on the door and a few exchanged words gosspied of fire on the horizon. A lot of fire. That, in itself, was suspicious, but not enough evidence or means to take action upon. Pressured, Vendarn gave the order to send an investigation unit out.
An hour later, the unit was declared missing. Vendarn , annoyed, settled his injured back and hobbled over to some other lesser officers taking the night shift. The Sun would be rising soonish, and the air smelled of dew. No more than 30 minutes later, they spooted the waves of Imperial vehicles coming close to the Gardaine wall. Another Investigation unit was sent out.
Minutes later, Safroth was aroused from his sleep. The clock on his table mocked him as it's time read early morning. Daylight hadn't even begun occupy his verandah yet, and his plants would have to go without their morning watering today. There was something he needed to see. He dressed and quickly tidied his bed hair before leaving to the Tactical Office. They were under attack. The East wall would soon be breached.
"Damnit, listen to me! Why do you think I got where I am now, after years of army experience? I'm the Representative of the Empress, here. We don't need to bother the King so early into the morning with childish threats. This can and will be quickly executed, trust m-" A junior officer yelled angrily in protest, "Shut the hell up! This isn't about orders! The Representatives from Ranra arrive today!" "Still your tongue!! I know this already. We'll alert the King when he must be alerted. Let him sleep, for god's sake, let him sleep. We'll dispose of these scum before Ranra even shows on the horizon. Their welcome will be warm, honest, and by all means safe, I assure you, and the festivities will continue." The officer hesitated before his salute, and turned to march off. But one of the servant boys stood in his way, "We're under attack! The East Gate's been had!!" Safroth's eyes shot open, "What!? Who are they!?" "Their numbers... They're huge, and they dress as our weapons do..." "Shit... Shit!" The officer turned and smirked in irony before continuing his leave.
Violet's heart leapt. She hated having to work at night. Whilst the King was slumbering, she was slaving away. But now, in a fluster and bustle, she was rushing ahead, to his rooms. She rattled on the door, and handed a note to the guards. One of them raised their eybrows and swiftly opened the door. Violet opened her mouth to deliver the message, but rhe guard spoke over her, "My lord... Lord Feyanrer... Excuse me, they need you at the Tactical Room... It's.. An Emergency." Violet tried to get a glance of Siberius, but the other guard told her to hurry away. Disappointed, her heart left to loss once more, she returned in the way she came.

((I'm back bitches. Sorry guys, but I've been looking forward to this scene for the enitre roleplay, I couldn't let you guys have all the fun.))
Lift..
Lift..
Lift..
Lift..
Recko's arms plused in rhythmn as he raised the heavy weights above his body. His eyes narrowed, foucusing on the steel bar going up and down above his chest. He pushed his body, Recko found it meditating. It seemed as if in an entire war of chaos, being in control of one's body is the least that one can do to remain stable.
Lift..
Lift..
Lift..
Drop..
Recko sat up from his bench, panting and glisening with sweat. After he showered, he returned to his fenced varandah. The sun would be rising in about an hour, an yet the red glow above the wall was brighter than usual. He squinted at it. Watching it out of the corner of his eyes as he got dressed. He paused for a moment, hearing off in the distance footsteps much more frequent than was normal for this hour.
A sudden crash alerted him further east, he raced down the varandah, trying to escape the glare of his lights inside. He swiftly moved back through his front door, grabbing his gun and holster and latching it to his belt. He rushed to towards the source of the noise, the east gate.
Severon had been up since the middle of the night, working hard on the paper-work of MISSION:SNAKEBITE ((eat it Farr)), it was just before dawn that the alert sounded. A long, drowning whine warning everyone of near military danger. Suddenly everyone in sight began to move quickly, seemingly in all different directions, making the chaos worse.
".. ATTACK!!... WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!! MOVE T-...... EAST!!"
The siren was drowning out the loudest shouts of the panicked soldiers, Severon ran into his office, and grabbed his gun. He burst the door open to the main quaters of the Dawn Team soldiers, and began shouting orders. "Everyone to the armoury, now! We are under assault! This is not a drill!! Repeat, this is NOT A DRILL!!"
Severon hurried to the armoury, collecting weapons and amunition. He needed to lead his troops to the east gate. The Thurguals were here, Severon hoped that they were ready.
"WWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRR!!!" Burtauk shouted at his troops filing through the gate, the wall was breached, and his army was in. Thurguals everywhere were encountering easy resistance that they dislodged and purged. "Their resistance is futile, leave none alive!!" This order rose another ear-splitting roar from the Thurgual army.
The gate was down.
Burtauk moved through at his own pace through the bustle of the charging army. He spoke gruffled under his breath.
"You have escaped me once, my friend. You will die this day, Recko."
((-Sigh- I missed you guys.))

"Guarding?" Mini stopped looking at his shoes and turned to John. "Why are we guarding this? Shouldn't the guards be guarding this room?" "You'd think that but we've beened ordered to stay and guard and that is what we will do." John told the Mini. Mini sighed and started staring at his feet.

((Okay okay Macca, that's fine, except that Bowen is with Eleanore, far, far, away, so he can't be in that post.
And just so everyone knows, the East Gate is pretty far from the Palace.. :3 Welcome back, Macca. And Silver, Recko was in the hospital for a while but with his injuries he would probably be out by now anyway, so it doesn't matter. OH, and Macca, we were planning on Recko dying during this battle. If you have a problem with that, please post something on the OOC Thread. For now I'll wait for Frost to post as Sibey.
ANYWAY from now on guys, if a post like mine or Silvers is just gonna be in OOC PLEASE use the OOC thread, it's what it's there for. Back to rping..))
