Who he is? Oh, I see. Common mistake actually. No one in the band is actually named 'Jethro Tull'. Though, if they were, they're extremely lucky, as it is undeniably a very cool name. But by saying, "I don't know who he is" probably means, you don't know who the singer is? Correct? The singers name is Ian Anderson, and if you were to go up to one of your parents and asked them, if they knew who Jethro Tull was, they'd probably instantly reply, yes, yes we do.
