Jesse you are a genius. Just to consolidate what we discussed yesterday, here is the basic outline of our awesomeness: We now need to decide whether Jezebel (or another demon) knows of this still-existant altar. UNLESS it was destroyed after Siberius' summoning? Also, when the altars are destroyed, how does this sever the connection between them and the Red Sea? Perhaps the altars themselves are made up of "ingredients" (tying into our TPoP theory of summoning) that assist in weakening the myst somehow? Perhaps, then, the Descendants did not have an altar (unless they travelled to one), but when they gathered their ingredients, they essentially made a new altar that fed off some of the weakness that emanated from the extremely powerful anchor underneath the Palace? And this is why they need so much ingredients? |
