I would have asked in the other thread/announcement bulletin board thing, But, some 'smart' moderator/admin type person locked it.

Yeah, can we drop the annoying pointless hostilities for just a moment?... We obviously, haven't settled on a date, AS and entire site. not just as smaller groups, *coughs Macca and Farrelei Cough*, And I think we need to.
So if you can, put down some dates that suit you...

If its a Saturday can it be in the afternoon? because then I MIGHT be allowed to go...after lunchtime that is...but otherwise any other day is good...especially if its in the holidays..
